Bath Décor

Bath décor incorporates six main design elements: theme, focal point, color, lighting, wall decoration and floral elements. A theme uses decorative items to make a statement or portray certain interests of the room’s designer. A focal point is the main decorative item around which all the other design elements flow.

A focal point in bath décor can be a stunning vessel sink or vintage clawfoot tub. Color can match or complement the other design elements. Wall decoration can be paintings, mirrors, wall hangings or anything else you want to hang.

Bath décor can be as simple or busy as you like. Modern designs with straight, clean lines and colors are popular. The country sort-of feel is also popular – made popular by stores such as Pottery Barn. But you don’t have to choose someone else’s style for you room – make up your own!
